We have all seen sand and shells in the bottom of vases, for your beach wedding by the ocean, why not carry the theme all the way through and add shells to your personal flowers, bridal bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages? For this beach wedding, I placed shells in the calla lillies and orchids. I love the subtle way the ocean theme comes through in these wedding flowers.
Today Blooms is off to the beach, not exactley your typical sunny California day, but hey the beach is the beach! Happy Wedding Day Nicole. I leave you with a bridal bouquet from last summer. Photo by Ford Family Photography
The wedding took place on the brides property the Palm Lake Retreat. The evening started out with a ceremony under the tent on the lawn and them moved over to the sand area for dinner and dancing. There were Margaritas on the boat dock and boat rides around the lake for guests. A great way to have a beach wedding without travling to the beach.
