Elks Tower Wedding Reception

Natalie choose an elegant pallet of black, white and red for her wedding.  Then threw in a pop of tiffany blue to spice it up.

I Love this shot, red and white flowers on the black and white floor!

The bridesmaids carried solid red bouquets made up of red roses and dahlias and wrapped in Tiffany blue.

Spring wedding at the Citizen Hotel

Randie is a busy dermatology intern in New York City.  She called me to help plan her wedding flowers for her wedding at the Citizen Hotel in Sacramento California.  We did most of our planning through email with one face to face meeting.

I love the soft green dresses with the pale pinks and Ivory's.

It was a rainy day in Sacramento, but Randie cheered it up with these pretty pastel umbrellas, they say a rainy day for your wedding means good luck

Getting ready to walk down the aisle

We were able to design the wedding centerpieces to be used as aisle accents surrounded by pale rose petals.  Then during the cocktail hour, the arrangement's were moved to the dinner reception area

We covered the guest place card table with rose petals to add a soft romantic touch

The centerpieces were made up of white hydrangeas and pale pink orchids

Whitney and Kyle's Wedding at The Citizen Hotel Sacramento

This ceremony structure was custom made for weddings at the Citizen Hotel in Sacramento, it is painted the same color as the downstairs ballroom. I offer it exclusively to Blooms Brides.

Jessica from Stout Photography is just amazing, I love this image. blog.stoutphoto.com

I think the white and pops of green sword fern brought such a freshness to Whitney's bridal bouquet. White peonies, antique roses, white dahlias make for a spectacular brides bouquet.

For our first flower girl, Blooms by Martha Andrews, created a basket out of flowers. We added pops of black to coordinate with the over all look of the black and white wedding.

For the second flower girl, Blooms by Martha Andrews created a flower girl wand. Flower girls love feeling like a princess with their wands made of flowers.

The bridesmaids carried simple bridesmaids bouquets of anemones and berries surrounded by sword fern. These black and white anemones are a favorite right now but have limited availability.

Bridal party flowers all in a row, so fresh and pretty.

The bride and bridesmaids sitting pretty in the lobby of Sacramento's beautiful Citizen Hotel.

The groom wore a boutonniere made up of a black and white anemone and berries. The stems were then wrapped in gold ribbon.

Nothing is more romantic than candlelight. For Whitney and Kyle's wedding ceremony we created a solid candlelit aisle.

Candlelit aisle detail.

How cool is is this image? Jessica, from Stout Photography, just won an award for this fabulous photo. It's one of my all time favorite photographs.

The head table.

A large cluster of votive candles sat at the base of each centerpiece. All these items are available to Blooms brides. Mercury glass in silver and gold, mint julep cups, and much more.

Classic elegance, a white centerpiece sitting on a silver candelabra.

We created 2 styles of centerpieces the second was a lower flora sitting on a mercury glass stand.

I love hanging things for weddings, I think it brings the room together, lowers the ceiling to fill up the room. For Whitney's wedding we hung crystals with votive candles. Again, more romantic candle lite for the dancing.

The Happy bridal party at the head table.
