For this La Provence wedding we used the lower ceremony area under the beautiful old oak tree. We placed a moss covered heart on the tree and then 2 french provential stands.
The aisle was adorned with large rod iron stands with large florals for a dramtic walk down the aisle.

The team
A while back I did a photo shoot with some wedding friends Catriona of www.arcularius-events.com/ and Jennifer from www.memoryjournalists.com/
We went with a rock and roll theme. Catriona found these fabulous custom made leather chair covers from Wildflower linen along with a leather table linen, leopard and red!
I brought in aluminum sheets to serve as our back drop and cut chargers for our place settings out of aluminum as well.
I used antherium and caranations with lots of bling! Then I accented the fabulous Z gallery chandelier with strands of carnations.
Partick from Village Cake Comany made wonderful guitar cookies and Sarah with Bella Vita Invitations did all our paper, place settings etc...

Sweet Liz at The Sacramento Grand Ballroom
Liz loves pop art, bright colors and cartoons! She choose hot pink gerbera daisies, such a cheerful flower~
Beth Bauer from http//truelovephoto.com/blog/ did the fabulous photography!
For her bouquet Liz chose a small version of the Blooms signature bouquet.
We lined the aisle with floating candles
We used cylinders with hot pink gerbera daisies, crystals and hanging candles
The sweetheart table, feathers and flowers!
This darling stand was made by the brides father
Much of the reception decor were tall cylinders with flowers and floating candles.

Scottish Wedding with Family Plaid
For the mothers we went with Victorian Tussie Mussies
My first wedding of 2010 was a small intimate affair. The lovely bride, Margaret, flew in from New York and was married at the Monte Verde Inn.
Margaret is from Scottish Heritage, and so we used her family plaid to wrap her bouquet and the boutonnieres.
Flowers used, Amarlyis, roses, dusty miller, rosemary, ranuculus and various berries.

Tropical Summer Wedding with Lady Slipper Orchids
The wedding took place on the brides property the Palm Lake Retreat.
The evening started out with a ceremony under the tent on the lawn and them moved over to the sand area for dinner and dancing. There were Margaritas on the boat dock and boat rides around the lake for guests.
A great way to have a beach wedding without travling to the beach.
